The Emily C. Specchio Foundation is working with Marco Ambrosio, a cousin of Emily, to set up a Global HIV project. Marco, who just graduated Fairfield University with future plans of medical school, will be traveling around the world and gathering information for his book about the disparate realities of living with HIV/AIDS.
There will be a benefit for this project held at St. Philomena's Msgr Daly Center in Livingston, NJ on Friday, September 21st from 6-9pm.
