Sharing a Moment Over Time

As we approach this one year mark, I was looking through pictures of Emily's but more interestingly enough to me her pictures from Europe as I just returned from studying abroad a week ago. I cannot tell you the amount of times I saw places from Emily's pictures or thought of her, which was daily, but how weird it was to think we were in the same places, same rooms, same shops.. just a matter of time was all that stood in between us. Here is a picture in Santorini where I realized we both got to watch the sunset. I know she helped make mine absolutely gorgeous as it had been horribly crappy weather that entire weekend up until the afternoon.. just in time for sunset


This has been quite a year for everyone; many unexpected events both good and bad. But as we know it, we wouldn't truely be living if life were easy. Its the hard that makes the good so good and enable us to grow in ways we never expected. There may be tears during this time, thats okay. As long as there are smiles to follow as good thoughts and positive thinking are what keep us going. I hope you all find love and support this week and every other day of your lives. Cherish the happy memories and live on in the vibrant spirit of Emily and all that she left behind.
